Over the past 20+ years, I've led ERP, CPQ, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, construction products, and professional services. I've successfully delivered more than 20 ERP implementations, helping businesses streamline operations, improve visibility, and create scalable platforms for growth.

What differentiates my approach is that I've worked on both sides of the table. As a former COO and Acting CEO of a £12m+ business, I understand that technology is only valuable when it delivers measurable business outcomes. Every implementation, process improvement, or automation initiative should support strategic objectives, improve operational performance, and provide a clear return on investment.​

 

I'm particularly passionate about the Epicor ecosystem. As an Epicor CPQ specialist, I've been invited to present at Epicor Insights in consecutive years, sharing practical implementation experience with customers and partners. I've delivered six major CPQ projects, creating more than 30 complex configurators that simplify product configuration, improve quoting accuracy, and enhance the customer experience. I've also led multiple Automation Studio implementations that have helped organizations eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.​

 

My experience also includes working extensively with Private Equity-backed businesses, where speed of execution and value creation are critical. I've managed technology portfolios supporting 13 companies with combined investments of approximately $1.5 billion, led multiple BisTrack implementations, and developed standardized deployment methodologies that accelerated technology adoption across portfolio companies.​

 

Beyond delivering projects, I enjoy building high-performing teams, mentoring consultants and internal IT teams, and helping organizations establish sustainable processes that continue to deliver value long after implementation. Whether leading global project teams, working alongside executive leadership, or collaborating with operational users, my focus remains the same: delivering practical solutions that solve real business problems.
